Congratulations to our school champs in the 2012-2013 Math League Competition!

In February, Platte River sixth graders participated in this challenging annual competition.  Students must answer 35 mind-numbing math problems in just 30 minutes.  Can you say "pressure"?

The total of the top five scores in your school determines your team score.  This year's top scorers were Angela W (25), Peyton B (24), Tom R (24), Molly J (23), and Drew S (23).

When the results were tallied, we placed 19th out of the 44 schools in our state who participated in the sixth grade contest!  Overall standings are posted here.
