Northwest Conference Jamboree - Middle School Cross Country - October 7

Tuesday marked the third and final Northwest Conference Jamboree of the year for the BCMS Cross Country team, and the stars came out to shine on our home course.  Lexie Ewing led the way for the girls, finishing in first place and shattering the all-time BCMS girls record by 30 seconds with a time of 11:58!  Congratulations, Lexie!

Also for the girls, Gwen Hoffman moved into the top ten all-time list with her new PR and a fourth place finish.  Skylar Freeman dropped 62 seconds for her new PR! Willow Ford also ran a tough race and set a new PR. Cecilia Olson had another great run and moved into a consistently better position as the season enters its final few meets.

For the boys, Eagon Chandler finished third and crushed his own previous PR by 15 seconds for a finish of 11:54.7.  He is now 6th on the all-time BCMS boys Top 25.  Isaiah Graetz finished 10th with his second finish this season below 13 minutes.  Matthew Vroman had another very strong race.  Both boys are now also on the BCMS boys all-time Top 25.  Way to show up for the home crowd, Huskies!
