Ski Team

Ski team...Both boys' and girls' teams won their conference races.  

Glen lakes ski co-op is comprised of students from Glen Lake, Suttons Bay, Leland, Leelanau St Mary's, Benzie Central and Frankfort.

Benzie Central has three girls on the team: Moraya, Amorie and Selma.  

Currently, there are no boys.

The girls placed as follows:

 Lake Michigan Ski Conference Finals held 2/17:         

  •      Moraya placed 5th overall, 5th in GS, 6th in SL    
  •      Amorie placed 6th overall, 6th in GS, 10th in SL       
  •    Selma placed 10th overall, 10th in GS, 9th in SL

Girls won 1st at this weekly conference race in Both GS and SL, winning all 5 of their conference races this season

Lake Michigan Ski Conference World Cup Points (accumulated throughout the season Conference races):    

  •   Moraya placed 6th        
  •   Amorie placed 7th      
  •   Selma placed 13th

Benzie Central Boys Basketball IN ACTION - February 17

Come on out and support your Benzie Central Huskies, as they travel to Glen Lake this evening to take on the Lakers.

JV tips off at 5:30 PM, with the Varsity to follow at 7:00 PM.

The bus departs at 4:15 PM.
