Mikayla Scholts

Athletic Trainer

Benzie Central Schools Welcome New Athletic Trainer

Benzie Central Schools is excited to announce the addition of Mikayla Scholts as its new Athletic Trainer.

Originally from Grand Blanc, Mikayla brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community.

Mikayla earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Saginaw Valley State University. Her passion for helping athletes stay healthy and active led her to pursue a career in athletic training. She furthered her education with a master’s degree in Sports Psychology and Applied Sports Science from Pennsylvania Western University.

Having previously worked in northern Michigan, Mikayla was drawn back to the area by its natural beauty and extensive cycling trails. Her return to northern Michigan is a testament to her love for the region and her commitment to supporting local athletes.

In addition to welcoming Mikayla, we would like to announce that Arthur Adkins will now be supporting Glen Lake Community Schools as their Athletic Trainer.

We are confident that both Mikayla and Arthur will continue to provide exceptional care and support to our student-athletes.
