Registration is now open for the Husky Robotics Summer Camp offered in partnership with Northwestern Michigan College - College for Kids!
It is held at Benzie Central Middle School.
Very generous scholarships are available for residents of Benzie County Michigan and it is open to all students who will be in 6th-8th grade next school year.
Let's get ready to rumble! Design, build, and program a robot to compete in a challenge designed exclusively for the Husky Robotics Summer Camp with College for Kids.
Learn to control robots using the VEX IQ platform and compete in a fun freeze tag robot battle!
Each day will include group activities, mechanism and programming lessons, building time, outside time, and a small snack. Join the award-winning Husky Robotics program for a fun and exciting week!
Camp Scholarships available for residents of Benzie County.

Kindergarten Round-Up 2026/27
WE KINDERGARTEN
Benzie County Central Schools is announcing their 2026-2027 all day/every day Kindergarten Round-Up Schedule. Parents are encouraged to contact their neighborhood school beginning January 26, 2026 to set up appointments. If you are unsure which building your child would be attending, please contact Catina Crossman in the Central Business Office at 231-882-9653. Round-Up dates and phone numbers are listed.
Please note that students must be at least five years of age by September 1st, of 2026 to enroll in Kindergarten classes. Parent waivers to extend the date to December 1st, of 2026, must be signed and submitted by June 1st, of 2026. Waivers can be found on our website, www.benzieschools.net.
