Tom Luebke
Title One
My name is Tom Luebke, and I started teaching third grade at Betsie Valley Elementary in 2000. Along the way I have taught music, kindergarten, second grade, and third grade. Originally, I graduated from Aquinas College with a degree in Business Administration as well as English in 1995. After starting and running a successful dog training business and working as an accountant, I returned to Aquinas in 1998 to begin work on a Master’s Degree in Education.
I have one son named Fyn. He is an amazing little boy who has taught me more about children than any class. During the school year, we are riding our bikes around the area, hiking the trails on foot or snowshoes, or skiing downhill and cross country. In the summer we are by the river, on the bike trails, listening to Tiger’s games, hanging out at the cottage, or camping.
