Char Jeske

Paraprofessional

Ms. Jeske is currently a Secondary Special Education Paraprofessional here on our Middle/High School Campus where she offers her resources in a one-on-one supporting role.
Char has been a paraprofessional for twenty-six years, all twenty-six being here at Benzie County Central Schools. For over two and half decades, Char has provided her support and expertise in many of our district buildings, classrooms, and subject areas.
Her dedication to her profession and her love for children shines through each day. If you have not personally witnessed Ms. Jeske in action in her supporting role, you are truly missing out.
It comes naturally to Char. Students are her number one priority. When asked how she best supports her students, Char shared, “I acknowledge my students, I encourage my students, and I listen to my students. Children are in my care to learn.”
In her free time, she loves to garden and spend time with her friends, but by far, her greatest joy is her two granddaughters.
Char leaves us with this, “A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning.”
