I graduated from Grand Valley State University for both my Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Education Degree in School Counseling. Prior to becoming a social studies teacher at Benzie Central, I was the 10th-12th Guidance Counselor. I also taught Spanish, Social Studies and Health at the middle school and high school levels in the Kalamazoo area.
I enjoy working with students in the classroom in an effort to make the most of the educational journey. I love living and working in Northern Michigan because of the beautiful natural environment and friendly community.
