Principal
Hello! My name is LeeAnn Stephan and I am the Principal at Crystal Lake Elementary School.
I grew up in Traverse City and graduated from Traverse City Central before heading off to college at Michigan State University. While at MSU, I enjoyed attending hockey games and cheering on the Spartans! I have a degree in Elementary Education and K-12 Special Education. I received my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Grand Valley State University.
I began my teaching career in the Detroit Metro area. After spending five years downstate, I decided it was time to move closer to home, so I moved to the Petoskey area and began teaching in Harbor Springs. In 2012, I moved to Benzie and began my administrative career at Crystal Lake Elementary. I’m looking forward to another great year here!
