Madelyn Reppucci

Social Studies

This is Ms. Reppucci’s fourth year of teaching, and she is thrilled to be here! She spent the past three years teaching high school and middle school Social Studies in New York. Ms. Reppucci grew up in Andover, Massachusetts, and attended Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. While there, she played Division III volleyball and participated in Army ROTC. In 2020, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary History Education and was commissioned as an Armor and Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army.

After college, Ms. Reppucci began teaching and serving her country in New York. In 2022, she was deployed to Ukraine, Germany, and Poland to help train Ukrainian soldiers on U.S. weapon systems. During her deployment, she also earned her Master of Science in Adolescence Social Studies Education from SUNY Brockport. After her year-long deployment, she returned home before moving to Traverse City, Michigan, with her partner, a Coast Guard pilot. This is their first duty station, and they are enjoying the opportunity to explore Michigan.

In her free time, Ms. Reppucci enjoys reading, hiking, going to the beach, biking, and spending time with her dog. She has proudly served in the military for eight years and has four more years of service ahead. Ms. Reppucci is excited to bring her military knowledge and experience into the classroom and looks forward to getting to know this beautiful community!
